Groopie works best when the whole crew's in — that's the point. Joining takes about 30 seconds: tap the trip's invite link, scan the QR code, or type the invite code, and the whole trip is right there.
Every trip has a share link, a QR code and a short invite code — send any of them however you normally talk. We never access your contacts and never send emails on your behalf.

No. Groopie proposes — your crew disposes. Suggestions become polls and proposals the crew votes on, and organizers approve what lands on the plan. The group stays in charge.
Your trip does: the itinerary, packing lists, tasks and recent chat are stored on your phone, and anything you add offline syncs when you're back. The AI itself needs a connection.

No. Groopie does the math — you pay each other however you already do. No card or bank details ever go into Groopie.
Your trips are yours. Chat messages are encrypted at rest, we never sell your data, and we never access your contacts. What you share in a trip is visible to that trip's members — and nobody else.
Your personal data is erased. The trips you organized aren't yanked away from your friends — ownership hands off to another member so the crew keeps the plan.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? — we'll email you a 6-digit code and you set a new password right in the app.
Yes. Every piece of shared content can be reported in-app, and you can block anyone — they immediately stop seeing you and you stop seeing them.
